Factory Positioning: An Integrated Industry-Trade Textile Powerhouse

DR WOVEN Textile Factory takes "integration of industry and trade" as its core advantage, connecting the full chain from fabric R&D, style design to garment production. From the neat tailoring of men’s and women’s suits, the delicate stitching of shirts to the soft texture of sweatshirts, every type of product undergoes the transformation from "design drawing" to "qualified finished garment" here, providing stable textile production solutions for global customers.

Hard Strength: International Equipment Lays a Solid Foundation for Production

Stepping into the factory workshop, over 50 computerized high-speed lockstitch machines operate around the clock, and more than 30 sets of imported special equipment for suits work with precision — Japanese JUKI and Brother sewing machines ensure uniform stitching, the French Lectra Garment CAD System (Computer Aided Design System) enables digital cutting, and 6 hanging production lines for suits realize efficient and orderly process flow. This cluster of professional equipment is not only a guarantee for production capacity (1.5 million sets of suits and 10 million pieces of shirts annually) but also the first line of defense for quality.

Detail-Oriented: Dedication to Craftsmanship from Fabric to Finished Garment

In the fabric inspection area, each meter of fabric undergoes 3 random inspections to ensure yarn density and color fastness meet international standards; in the cutting process, size is controlled with a precision of 0.1mm to avoid the slightest deviation; during sewing, senior workers adopt the "double-thread reinforcement" technique for key parts such as suit shoulder seams and shirt cuffs. From the source to the finished product, every detail embodies the dedication to "quality garments".

Quality Bottom Line: Full-Process Compliant with Global Standards

The factory strictly adheres to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for eco-textiles and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, complying with environmental protection requirements from dye selection to production wastewater discharge. There is a "sample confirmation mechanism" before production, a quality inspection process of "1 group sampled for every 200 pieces" during production, and a "100% inspection before packaging" after production. These measures ensure every garment leaving the factory can pass quality audits in different global markets, allowing customers to entrust orders with confidence.
